How long does shipping take? 

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or the time spent in transit (additional 3-7 business days). Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.

Processing time may take an additional 3-5 business days to process during new releases and holidays.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. lbld.beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping rates will vary depending on Domestic  shipments. U.S. orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.
